Fantasy Football

My husband loves fantasy football. He was really glad when he found out we could get wild blue in Joshua Tree, and he immediately got our satellite internet set up after he found that out. Every Sunday he spends the whole day on the internet, checking his fantasy football scores. I always give him a hard time about how much time he spends on fantasy football, but I actually think it is great how close he and his high school friends have stayed over the years. He still keeps in touch with the same group of seven guys that he went to high school with. Even in their mid-thirties, the guys get together every year for holiday parties and the fantasy football draft. All of the wives actually hate fantasy football and even made shirts that say “wives against fantasy football” on the front and “fantasy widow” on the back. I actually am glad that my husband has a hobby that he enjoys. I recently decided that I need to take up a hobby that I enjoy as much as he enjoys fantasy football. Maybe I will start taking a sewing class with a friend. However, I doubt it will take up as much time as fantasy football.
Purchasing new scrubs
For the first time, in a long time, I am getting ready to go to work at the hospital as a nurse. I’ve been out of work now for about two years and I feel like a child getting ready to go to her first day of kindergarten. I’ve bought all my cheap scrubs, turned in my nursing licenses, and had my PPD test for Tuberculosis.
I am so excited. I know my first day of work will be great and I will be hit with a great sense of accomlishment as soon as I walk in and see everyone walking around the hospital grounds in their nurse uniform. There is nothing that says hospital more than the uniforms everyone wears to work. To some they are scary, but to me they are simply comfortable and familiar. There are so many different varieties of scrubs online here: http://www.blueskyscrubs.com/categories/Scrubs/Scrubs-for-Women/
In other wings the of the hospital there will doctors dressed in a white scrub pants which is less scary but at the same time it just seems more clinical. If its been a long tough day for a doctor there may even be fluid stains on the scrubs. Luckily for me, I wear a bright cheery nurses uniform. I can’t wait to get my candy stripe look going and get back to work!
Just quit smoking, time to steam clean
I recently quit smoking and I want to rid myself of all remnants of my old bad behavior. My car, clothes and house all reek of smoke. I tried everything I could to clean the smells out of the carpet myself but nothing worked. I even used vinegar and bleach, until I finally gave up and contacted a professional. I looked online for who could help me with soot damage Austin and I found http://www.thesteamteam.com/.
Luckily for me I found a great company right away. I was very excited that I could finally have someone do cigarette removal Austin. I felt just like throwing out my pack of smokes and my lighter I also had to be rid of all the odor reminders that were around me in my living space and in my car.
Unfortuantely for me, now I know how to find smoke damage repair Austin and should I go back to smoking not having to hire a smoke odor cleaner will be less of a deterrent for me. If you are in the same boat as me contemplating quitting smoking, I wish you the best of luck and make sure you hire a smoke odor removal firm to get rid of all the remnants of your bad behavior.
Falcon’s Fans
Posted by Arden Wallace
For as long as I can remember my family has been die-hard Falcons fans and I know we all let out a collective sigh of relief when the NFL standoff was done a few weeks back. I know it sounds silly but not being able to watch football in the fall would be like torture for us and it’s also how we get together as a family for that part of the year. My mom got www.Direc4u.com satellite last season so we tend to congregate at her house since she’s gonna get every game and even those extra channels but my brother has been lobbying hard for everyone to come to his place this year. I don’t know why – it’s not like a pool table makes up for him not having all the Falcons games! I’m planning a surprise for everyone, though, and that’s getting us a bunch of tickets for dad’s birthday in November. It’s going to be cold but he’s always wanted to go to a game!
